Tanqueray wanted to nationally rollout its new vibrant and youthful summer drink dubbed Sevilla Orange. This was an entirely fresh take on the classic Tanqueray with no initial brand language behind it. NVE had to jump in and handle everything from the brand strategy, creative, production, editing and distribution within a tight two month timeframe.
Our main talent, Joe Jonas, was in the midst of shooting a movie so our production teams had to work around his schedule while adhering to SAG rules and strict COVID guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety. Due to the tight turnaround, there wasn’t time to shoot in multiple locations. Our team locked down one location in Savannah, Georgia and transformed it to look like three vastly different places within the United States.
For our media strategy, we created 5 different versions of the video based on how it needed to be represented on each unique platform from social to weather.com. We found a great production partner and trusted team in the Georgia area while collaborating with the client in realtime to come up with solutions to issues.
We garnered 13MM views across all platforms and earned press impressions from AdWeek, GQ, Billboard, Extra, E!, Yahoo! Entertainment and many more. In addition, digital fanfare created by Joe’s fans integrated the Tanqueray Sevilla Orange campaign into the mix.
