When Coachella weekend rolls around, everyone in fashion, music, and more are invited to a slew of events and parties outside of the grounds – all with the goal of taking pics and being seen.
To look good you have to feel good, and that means prioritizing the guest experience – starting with venue and production operations. Lush, green grass, shade and easy arrival paths is mandatory.
The design and execution must be next-level premium, as each and every angle is photographed and captured.
NVE handled the comprehensive design, production, management, and execution of the entire festival, overseeing all aspects of logistics operations from arrivals to event design. Serving as the production lead, NVE also facilitated communication and design between sponsors and their activation footprints.
All weekend events took place at the same venue (the Parker) and NVE also supported on tech and floorplan logistics for the Welcome Event and Pool Party.
