Pinterest went into this with a goal to showcase new tools that Pinterest has built for their creator community and get creative individuals worldwide excited about creating for Pinterest. Generally, people think of Pinterest in terms of Pins, not people. Pinterest Creators Festival shifted that perspective within an engaging virtual space that celebrated Pinterest through content capture and customized online platforms.
Our top priority was creating a consistent virtual experience and cohesive brand ID across every touchpoint. NVE set up two studios in New York and San Francisco, supported by virtual broadcast kits sent to speakers’ homes. A consistent scenic look and feel ensured that speakers from across the country all appeared within the same Pinterest-owned space.
The microsite and registration page were all put together by our team. We produced and edited the entire show for a seamless in-event presentation and evergreen VOD application following the event. Our sister company, Treehouse Fabrication & Scenic built out the San Francisco studio for an impeccable in-studio shoot.
Over the course of the event, 2,278 people were in attendance. Through the event conclusion, over 7.5k people registered. All registrants were able to revisit the platform to view festival content on demand, available for 30 days following the event.
