NVE and Budweiser crafted a comprehensive campaign to underscore the brand’s influence in sports. With a series of experiential activations, we aligned the iconic beer brand with legendary faces and moments at NBA All-Star Weekend, MLB Spring Training, and the FIFA World Cup. Kicking off the campaign, we launched a legendary sneaker collaboration with iconic artist Kickasso to create 76 pairs of exclusive Nike Air Force 1’s for a timed release preceding NBA All-Star weekend. A curated roster of culture-driving influencers were gifted the sneakers to spread the word.
We then challenged legends-in-the-making to take a swing in the Budweiser batting cage all throughout Spring Training. During Opening Weekend, fans were featured on the Jumbotron at MLB stadiums replicating legendary baseball calls across all 162 games at each stadium during the 2018 season. The campaign culminated with stunt-driven commercial content surrounding legendary soccer forward Hugo Sanchez for the FIFA World Cup. The collective programs generated 10MM+ social media impressions and over 325k batting cage home run hits.
