For three consecutive years, Billboard has entrusted NVE to help produce the culturally-savvy brand’s largest annual live music festival. With each iteration, we join production precision, large-scale branding opportunities, sponsor integrations, and curated VIP spaces to elevate the experience for over 5k fans. Across three stages and two days of programming, NVE transformed the Jones Beach Theater with iconic branding placements that reinforced an integrated stage design. Larger-than-life prints served as the backdrop for performances by major musical talent, including Future, Rae Sremmurd, and Bad Royale.
From staging design and decor to furniture and custom-fabrication, NVE oversaw the unique look-and-feel of every important guest touchpoint. This included a custom VIP area and sponsor tents where Billboard hosted important partners and performers such as Nissan, Live Nation, Halsey, and DJ Snake. The key collateral and branded placements drove creative cohesion while reiterating Billboard’s commitment to entertainment. The success of the annual experiences continues to be celebrated by the collective teams and anticipated amongst fans and entertainment outlets.
