NVE had to produce a safe and socially distanced event for over 200 attendees. The goal was to create fun and sharable moments while keeping guests in their cars, but still provide VIP white glove service with little to no guest contact. Guest flow, gift distribution, catering, venue logistics, A/V, signage and the check-in process were all handled by NVE staff.
We worked with executives on all levels to ensure the appropriate COVID safety measures were implemented and adhered to stringent standards, all while not sacrificing the guest experience.
To ensure safety, we had COVID compliance officers on-site and a thorough compliance plan. Once checked in, we had a drive-through photo moment and themed takeaways including branded Sugarfina rose candy, meal carriers and long stem roses. The gifts were delivered to guests by food runners dressed to theme in masks, shields and gloves.
