It’s an honor to be involved and bring my passion for the industry and enhancing the customer experience to the Account Services team. I look forward to fueling growth by building and developing the department and delivering awe-inspiring work,” said Kyte.

Tonge stated, “It’s more than simply good business to have a diverse and inclusive offering, it is the right thing to do and has been for a long time. As someone who has centered community building and authentic partnerships it was exciting to hear that the team at NVE was looking to continue this work. With great inroads already established across categories, I believe the potential to bridge our internal DEI efforts with the work we do for our brand partners is extremely high.”

“Being internet natives and content creators ourselves gives us the ability to recognize the difference between good content and great content. The key is working with creators who are authentic to the brand, product or idea you’re trying to sell. The relevancy and inclusivity ultimately resonate with audiences to generate positive sentiment, engagement and conversation for the brand,” said Aouad.
